Cedars Sinai

In 2008, we completed several bifolding units for the infusion bays at Cedars-Sinai Cancer Center, Los Angeles. Featuring American-made architectural glass, Italian castors, concealed hinges from Japan, and oversized domestic maple frames, these doors were truly a product of our global economy. These heavy-duty doors were designed to create a feeling of privacy and security for the patient, while being quick and easy to operate for the nursing staff. Hardware needed to be minimal yet exceptionally strong to support these high-use doors. As always, the simpler it looks, the more intricate and challenging the puzzle.
Our thanks to Pacific National Group, HGA Architects and Cedars-Sinai for choosing us for this amazing project.

“I would like to thank each and every one of you for making this very difficult phase happen. The owner and architect are very happy with how the space turned out. Everybody that comes in here can’t stop saying what a great job I did and I keep on telling them it’s all because I had great subs and vendors. Again thank you very much.”
