Every year when we sit down to write this update we are amazed at how quickly a year goes by. Once again, we’d like to thank our friends and customers for your continued support. With all that is going on in the world today, we are especially thankful for all that we have been given, and for your friendship, loyalty and trust. We would like to ask you to consider joining us in supporting two organizations whose work speaks to our hearts -- Harvest of Hope, and freewheelchair.org. The opportunities these dedicated groups offer to those struggling around the globe both humbles and inspires us. Partners International through their Harvest of Hope catalog -- www.harvestofhope.org Ph: 888/ 88PARTNERS. Whether helping families start their own small businesses or simply providing clean water and medical supplies to a rural village, their mission is one of hope, peace and self-sufficiency for our global neighbors. Freewheelchairmission.org - "founded in 2001, to provide the transforming gift of mobility to the physically disabled poor in developing countries" May your year be blessed, Brian, Wren, Olivia and Hana

Shoji specification:
Looking for an elegant way to close off a passway between rooms? Shoji panels are a natural room divider. Grid patterns on both sides of the door make it equally attractive from either side and still allow natural light into the hallway beyond. In addition, the horizontal grid design on these panels draw the
eye across the opening, making it appear wider and more spacious in this tight space.
A lighter wood color also make the panels appear larger than they are,
as well as complements the hardwood floor/baseboard, and furniture. Finally, an added benefit is better climate control within the home -- being able to close off the room makes it less expensive to heat/cool. |

Design Shoji panels selected for the This Old House® Cambridge Project. Shoji panels in a contemporary home? Interior designer Todd Tsiang chose them for the recent This Old House project in Cambridge, Massachusetts, currently featured on the popular PBS series This Old House®. 10 long transom windows, ranging from 19" to 13' long, were covered by ebonywash-stained shoji panels with a textured polyester resin insert.
